Integrated Communication: (Methodology)
a core competency in a holistic approach to health and well-being
Integrated Communication is based on
Integrated Thinking
How does it work?
Step 1: What’s up?
We memorize and name every connected factor of influence and summarize all of them.
Step 2: Let’s play
We play with causality, not linear causality, but multiple causality and arrive at complexity.
Complexity cannot be easily described, so we play with Complexity without reducing it or simplifying it.
Step 3: Create
We create a new model of thinking from factors of influence specifically tailored to a complex situation. Instead of choosing between opposing models, we create a new thought -model integrating all factors of influence.
The new model of integrated thinking fits better than either one of the
opposing old models.
A new way of thinking leads to a new way of Communication.
Step 4: Let people know
Integrated Communication now helps us to apply the newly created model of
integrated thinking to a complex situation in everyday life. When we think
differently, we can talk differently, we can act differently, we can deicide
differently in synchronicity within the complex situation challenging us:
Credibility evolves, Competency is enhanced, Trust grows, and Fear shrinks.
